What this policy covers
This policy explains how the South-East & South-South Responsible Gaming Capacity Building Programme, an initiative of the Imo State Lotteries and Gaming Authority (IMLGA) in partnership with Gamble Alert as Technical Partner and Programme Manager, collects and uses information submitted through this website.
Information we collect
Through the registration form, we collect:
- Full name and office position
- Organisation
- Email address and phone number
- State and location
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site, and we do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
How we use it
Registration data is used solely to administer the programme: confirming participation, coordinating logistics, and communicating updates relevant to the programme. Gamble Alert processes this data on behalf of IMLGA in its role as Programme Management Office and Secretariat.
Photographs and media
Photographs, video and other media may be captured during the programme for documentation and promotional purposes, and may be published on this website or shared through Gamble Alert and IMLGA's communications channels.
Retention
Registration records are retained for the duration of the programme cycle and a reasonable period afterward for reporting and evaluation purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Consistent with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting info@gamblealert.org.
